Most days, yes! Same-day appointments are often available. You can also add your name to our waitlist, and we’ll notify you if a spot opens up that day.
If you can’t find a 60-minute same-day appointment, try looking for a 45-minute option instead.

No, we don’t offer direct billing. However, within an hour of payment, you’ll receive your receipt by email, which you can easily forward to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

Yes! I’m a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). In Ontario, a massage therapist cannot legally use that title unless registered with our governing body, the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
If your benefits package includes coverage for massage therapy, you can use it to pay for your treatment.
